Yes and no! I am able to accept insurance under specific contract position I have with Lighthouse therapy Team. Depending on how you wish to navigate your care, you have two options:
Private Pay / Out-of-Network: If you prefer to work with me directly through my private practice, I operate on a self-pay basis. However, I can easily provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
To Use Insurance: I hold a limited number of insurance-based spots through my contract position with Lighthouse Therapy Team in Arvada. They accept Aetna, Cigna, United, Kaiser, and Colorado Access (Medicaid). To check availability and get on my schedule, please call their intake line at 720.255.1282 and ask to be put on my calendar.
I hope to become credentialed with insurance providers in the future!
Yes, I have a limited number of sliding scale spots per week starting at $85 a session. If you are interested in one of these spots, reach out through the contact page and let me know. I will follow up letting you know if I have any openings.
Before becoming fully licensed, therapists complete roughly two years of full-time clinical work and weekly supervision. For my path as a clinical social worker, this involves 3,360 hours of direct experience.
As a Social Work Candidate (SWC), I provide therapy while receiving ongoing mentorship and oversight. I work closely with a team of supervisors who teach me, challenge me, and collaborate with me on the best ways to support your goals. Having these experts in my corner means you’re getting the benefit of their collective experience alongside our one-on-one work.
I currently work out of the Central Park Humanly office located at 3401 Quebec St, Suite 4500, Denver, CO 80207. Parking is free.

Yes, I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. In-person can be either in a regular office setting (listed above) or outside for walk and talk therapy (April-September).
You can read all about walk and talk therapy here! If that page doesn’t address all your concerns, please reach out through the contact form with your questions. I am happy to walk you through this option.
