Bella is a social work professional who has experience working with a plurality of diagnoses, ages, and needs across the full lifespan, from ages 13 to 70. Her background includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, complex relationship dynamics. She also has experience assisting clients with substance use concerns, trauma, and attachment wounds that impact how they show up in the world.
During her time working with individuals, groups, and couples, Bella has found the following frameworks to be the pillars of her practice. Whatever you are dealing with, you can expect a session with her to have these foundational elements:

Collaboration
You are the expert on your own life. Bella provides an authentic and congruent space where you work together as partners. She doesn’t sit behind a wall of clinical detachment; instead, she brings her real self to every session. Together, you will treat your challenges as something to navigate through creativity, curiosity, and interventions that actually click for your daily life. If something isn’t working, you always have the option to say yes, no, ask questions, or pivot.
Attunement
Healing starts with being truly seen. Beyond just your words, Bella pays attention to subtle cues like your tone of voice, speed of speech, or changes in posture and tension. This practice helps you notice when your body might be subconsciously expressing something your words aren’t. By bringing awareness to these moments, she creates a space where all your feelings are welcome, including the ones you might not even notice yourself.
Safety
Transformation requires a trauma-informed foundation of safety. Because our brains are wired around predictability, we often retreat into old patterns when life feels unstable or overwhelming. Bella focuses on building external safety in the therapeutic relationship and helping you cultivate internal safety. By prioritizing safety, we find the steady ground needed to heal.

Outside the Office
When she isn’t in the office, you can usually find Bella hiking trails, knitting a new project, or baking. She also spends plenty of time playing with her dog and enjoying the outdoors.
Bella is a Social Work Candidate (SWC) currently working toward her licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She practices under professional clinical supervision to ensure the highest quality of care and ethical standards for her clients.
